This 200-hour KRI-certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training takes place over 8 months and includes weekend modules, an intensive retreat, and ongoing mentorship.
Training Breakdown:
6 Weekend Modules – Held in the Kundalini Yoga Studio in Venlo.
1 Four-Day Retreat – Deep immersion in nature (Drenthe, NL).
1 Six-Day Ashram Experience – In-depth training at Lake Bodensee, Germany.
Online Support & Study Groups – Ongoing connection and mentorship.

30-31 May 2026 – Responsibilities as a Teacher
22-29 June 2026 – Yogic Philosophy, Sikh Dharma, 10 bodies, death & dying, Exam Preparation (6-day retreat, Germany)
Our training takes place in various yoga studios and retreat centers to provide a rich and immersive experience:
Weekend Modules: Held in Venlo. Students arrange their own accommodation and meals on Saturday. Breakfast and lunch is provided on Sunday.
4-Day Retreat (Drenthe, NL): Includes shared accommodation and vegetarian meals.
6-Day Retreat (Bodensee, Germany): Full ashram experience with accommodation and meals included.
Kriyas & Asanas – Learn the foundational postures, sequences, and energetic effects.
Pranayama & Meditation – Experience deep breathwork and meditative practices.
The 10 Spiritual Bodies & Chakras – Understand the Kundalini energy system.
Mantra & Naad Yoga – The science of sound and vibrational healing.
Teaching Methodology – How to structure and lead classes with confidence.
Humanology & Yogic Lifestyle – Ancient wisdom for modern living.
Philosophy & Ethics – The role of a Kundalini Yoga teacher.
Upon successful completion, you will receive a Level 1 Kundalini Yoga Teacher Certification, recognized by KRI (Kundalini Research Institute) and Yoga Alliance.
To graduate, you must:
✔ Attend all training modules within 24 months.
✔ Complete required reading & coursework.
✔ Teach a practicum class.
✔ Pass the written exam.
✔ Maintain a 40-day personal practice
